• FEATURING: The New Hart-Parr - More Than Just an Adjective. Very few of the gray New Hart-Parr tractors have survived. The tractor used in this article was built on March 15, 1918. By the late-1960s, JD and IH were taking over as leaders of the ag market. Oliver was in the process of merging Oliver and Moline and wanted a full-line of products to offer their dealer network. The Oliver rotary tiller was one of the voids that needed filled.
