• FEATURING: Oliver-Cletrac HG. In 1936, there were 3.5 million small farms that could not justify tractor ownership as there was not anything being built to fit their need. • White Motor Corp: WFE in the 1980s. White Farm Equipment, owned by Texas Investment Company, became a new company known as WFE in 1981. Poor management decisions and investments nearly destroyed 125 years of farm equipment experience when White Motor filed for bankruptcy in 1980.
